AxiDraw Merge is a software tool that is available to AxiDraw owners upon request. It combines the functions of our Hershey Advanced and AxiDraw Control software. It can render text into handwriting-like stroke fonts, optionally add certain "handwriting like" defects to your text, and plot the document in a single step. You can render and plot subsequent pages after a single button press or time delay.

AxiDraw Merge is a software tool that is available to AxiDraw owners upon request. Its function is to allow a variety of "mail merge" operations, with certain restrictions. It can substitute data from a spreadsheet file into your SVG template, perform single-stroke font substitution upon the resulting document, and then plot the page. It can even automatically merge and plot a sequence of pages with simply a fixed time delay between pages. It also features the ability to add certain "handwriting like" defects to your text to make it look less robotic and more handwritten. Many AxiDraw users who do not use spreadsheet-driven data still prefer to use AxiDraw Merge, rather than Hershey Advanced followed by AxiDraw Control, since it automates their processes into a single step.

AxiDraw merge can also perform of "mail merge" operations, substituting data from a spreadsheet file into your SVG template, replacing and updating that data each time that it prints a new page.
